The Sound of Scotland in East Anglia

The haunting music of the Great Highland Bagpipe adds something very special to any event. Whether it is a wedding, a party, a Burns night or a funeral, the stirring sight and sound of one of our experienced pipers can add just the right note to any occassion.

Weddings - A piper is a colourful addition to your special day. The full highland dress uniform and colourful tartan and the sound of the pipes, draws everyones attention to your wedding. A piper can play as guests arrive, for the arrival of the bride and if required play her down the aisle or into the service. Maybe you would rather use the piper at the end of the service as a surprise for the happy couple and/or the guests. We are happy to provde any combination of the above. Playing to entertain the guests while the photos are being taken is popular and all our pipers are happy to pose for the official photographer and guests alike. It's your day, it's your choice.
Party - You don't have to be Scottish to have a piper at your party. If you want something different, the colourful splendour of a piper in full highland dress will add stirring music and spectacle to your celebrations.
Burns Night - Any evening celebrating the birth of the great Scottish bard is not complete without a piper. Piping the Haggis to the top table is a great tradition all your guests will enjoy. Remember, if you are planning a Burns Night, contact us as soon as possible as pipers are booked up very quickly for dates around 25th January.
Funeral - A piper can add a fitting tribute to a departed loved one. playing Scottish airs on arrival or maybe at the graveside; a piper will add poignancy and dignity to the service.
Corporate and other Social Events - A piper playing at the appropriate moment can provide a keynote, be it to draw attention of your guests to a significant stage in the proceedings or announcing the arrival of the guest of honour. The skirl of the pipes playing traditional music is always dramatic and attention getting.
